1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.

    • In the original packaging.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at return@revoliqone.com before sending it back.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.


6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact us at support@revoliqone.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the proper return address.

  3. Once the return is approved, ship the product back using a trackable shipping service.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@revoliqone.com.
